Hello one and all!

Well here goes, this is day one of my blog or should I say two if you count the hours yesterday it took me to work out how to do this!
My name is Lydia Wood-Power and I am a mature/midlife crises art student in my second year.
In my past life I have been a restaurant manager for people like Brian Turner in Knightsbridge and then moved behind the scenes to work in the kitchens as cooking is what I love doing.

It’s not just the cooking I love everything about entertaining laying the table making it look nice and spoiling everyone, so i have decided to open a supper club called ‘The South London Kitchen’, in my home in Streatham.

I hope to have my first meal in the spring when the house is finished . ( we only moved in last July)
I thought I would start this blog to chart the progress of my plans and maybe get some advice from other who have tried this.

I have also just for fun included a page for my vintage caravan which my husband and I take everywhere in england and europe.
